for Defect,
Note - Steps in providing warranty to the customer
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Step1: If the customer cannot provide you with purchase date
printed on user guide, please go to
www.lens-2.com and click
"Check Warranty" to verify
whether the customer still within 1 year warranty
Step2: If the customer is under warranty, open battery cover and
check for any rusting. Rusting is not covered under Lens2
warranty policy
Step3: Insert new batteries to double check first whether it is
the problem of battery
Step4: If the red-light is on but the motor doesn't run, it is
due to the problem of user pressing the cup while the motor is
running and the consequence is jamming the motor. Please advise
the customer not to do so again and proceed to step 5.
Step5: Fill in the form below. Take out the battery cover (that
consists of old Warranty ID) and put this old battery cover into
a new Lens2 machine. In short, swap the battery cover only. You
should not give the user new batteries, accessories, user guide,
warranty card or Lens2 box. Please
advise the customer that the warranty date is still the same as
his/her first purchase date. Please do not register again in
"Register your warranty". Put a sticker onto the
defect machine printing the defect WID, user name and exchange
date.
